We teach Hatha Yoga, Yoga Philosophy and Spiritual Practices to individuals and small groups of people in a supportive personal and socially interactive environment.
Our value for social well-being is foundational to our teaching methods, workshop topics and special events; at Cultivating Harmony, yoga is a community-building practice and a path to self-connection, balance and wellness.

Founder & Teacher
I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, and the benefits of increased flexibility, core strength, balance, posture, and a feeling of inner poise are just a few of yoga’s gifts to me over the years.

In 2019, I decided to deepen my personal Yoga practice by attending an intensive Yoga Teacher Training session being offered through South Okanagan Yoga Academy (SOYA).
​
Throughout the training, I felt the threads of my life’s passions weaving themselves into one purpose—to cultivate harmony in the world by teaching Yoga and other
related practices, ideas and principles.
