We offer private 60-minute and 90-minute Hatha or Restorative Yoga Classes to individuals and small groups in our vaulted loft studio, where bright clear forest views meet crisp, clean wood surfaces and inspiring décor.

Every class includes breath work, meditation, warm-up, asana (pose) practice, guided relaxation, yoga nidra (rest) and optional 1-on-1 pose consultations. All private bookings include an additional 30-minute social refreshment break at no additional cost. Note — All Workshops require a minimum group of 3 people to book (except Partner Yoga which is available for groups of 2). The capacity for workshops is a maximum of 8 people.
90-Minute Yoga, Mudra & Mantra Class
Cost: $40 pp
At this 90 minute Hatha yoga practice (described above) you will:

Learn about and practice with a mudra

Learn how to care for your mala

Learn about japa-mala (meditative prayer and affirmations)

Practice japa-mala with a traditional Sanskrit mantra

Practice japa-mala with an affirmation you choose for yourself

Daily Health Observances (Kriyas)
Cost: $45 pp
In this 90-minute workshop, you will:

Learn 4 daily observances to promote health
1. Neti (nasal cleansing)
2. Tongue Scraping (Jihva-Sodhana)
3. Abdominal Massage (Agni-Sara) for internal cleansing
4. The Ayurvedic Practice of starting your day with lemon water

Comes with a Neti Pot, a Copper Tongue Scraper, 3 packets of Nasal Rinse Solution, the recipe to make your own, and a glass canister to store your nasal rinse mix in (styles and colours vary).
Make You Own Natural Stone Mala Workshop
Cost: $100
In this 3-hour workshop, you will:

Receive everything you need to make your own natural stone mala (selection varies)

Learn the practice of japa-mala

Learn the knotting technique

Practice mantras while knotting

NOTE – knotting requires time and patience, anticipate finishing your Mala on your own after class.

Partner Yoga
Cost: $45 pp
Minimum of 2 people, group size must be even #’s.
This 90-minute class includes a full yoga practice as described above, but the pose portion of the class is done with a partner. Benefits include:

Chakra Workshop
Cost: $40 pp
In this 2-hour workshop, you will:

Chakra Pendant Add-on Class
Add 45 minutes to any private class or workshop and make your own natural stone Chakra Pendant.

Refunds are available with a minimum 48-hour cancellation.
If cancellation is caused by poor road conditions (within the 48-hour notice period), a credit will be held on file for you.
