ABOUT THE YOGA CLASSES

Yoga, Balance, Wellness

Classes are taught in traditional Hatha Yoga style:

Movements are anchored to the breath and performed with a clear and concentrated mind. Each class is a one-hour open-eyed meditation that promotes strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, self-connection, and spiritual grounding.

All classes include breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), physical warm-up, pose practice (postures or asanas), and guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

Classes are open for registration until the first class, and only classes with registered participants will run, available spots in each class will be open for drop-in. See the drop-in calendar below.

Pro-Rating - Want to register for a class but can’t make all dates? Pro-rating is available only in advance of the start date, contact me through the chat or call me to coordinate.

Registered Class Cancellation Policy

If you miss a registered class for any reason, I invite you to make it up by attending another available class during the paid registration period at no additional cost. Contact me by text to book your makeup class. Credits will not be issued for missed classes. If you believe that extenuating circumstances apply to a cancellation, feel free to give me a call to discuss it.
