Yoga Classes
Yoga, Balance, Wellness
Classes are taught in the traditional Hatha Yoga style: Movements are anchored to the breath and performed with a clear and concentrated mind. Each class is a one-hour open-eyed meditation that promotes strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, self-connection, and spiritual grounding.

All classes include breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), physical warm-up, pose practice (postures or asanas), and guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

Summer Studio Break
Studio classes resume TuesdaySeptember 2nd, 2025
The Studio will be closed for a summer break and re-open on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025.
Chair classes remain available for drop-in (advance booking required), and Sunrise Yoga Classes are also available at the Gull Lake Golf Course, as detailed on that page.

Please note that the Studio will be closed for the Canada Day weekend from 5pm on Thursday June 26th until 10am on Wednesday July 2nd inclusive.
Drop-in Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received a minimum of 2 hours in advance of class start time to avoid charges.
