Classes are taught in traditional Hatha Yoga style:

Movements are anchored to the breath and performed with a clear and concentrated mind. Each class is a one-hour open-eyed meditation that promotes strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, self-connection, and spiritual grounding. All classes include breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), physical warm-up, pose practice (postures or asanas) and guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

MULTI-WEEK YOGA CLASSES AT MERIDIAN BEACH HALL
Wednesdays at 6-7pm (1 hour)
Four weeks May 8th - 29th
This yoga series is suitable for all levels and has been designed to bring a relaxed closure to your day. It promotes stillness and relaxation while providing an integrated sequence of stretching for the whole body. All classes include breathing exercises, meditation and guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
Register for all classes this month and save $3 a class over drop-in fees.
