The Alberta Public Health Restrictions and Restriction Exemption Program were lifted on March 1st. Accordingly:

  • Proof of vaccination is no longer required to attend classes.

  • Masks are no longer required when moving around in the studio. Please choose for yourself and feel free to wear a mask at any time.

  • Capacity Limits have been lifted (our studio capacity is eight students, and we will work back up to that # gradually).

  • You are once again free to move about the studio to socialize.

  • It is important that we all continue to monitor our health and test or cancel when symptoms are present.

Isolation requirements remain in effect: You are legally required to isolate for a minimum of five days if you have Covid-19 symptoms or have tested positive. You are also required to wear a mask for an additional five days after isolation for a combined period of 10 days. To find out more, visit this page.

Covid is still here but is not as dangerous for most of us as it once was. This is a relief. As we return to normal living, know that your health and well-being will always be top of mind. We will continue to monitor health measures and implement some of the best protocols that Covid taught us.
